Amandas Brödbod has been at Östermalms Saluhall since 1982.
All the bread and cakes come from Amanda’s own bakery, where traditions are maintained and bread is baked using pure, natural ingredients and cakes are made without any conservatives.
Leavened bread, baked from original recipes from different countries and cultures, is a popular feature. The fermented dough gives a type of bread that is high in fibre and healthy, and much appreciated by the shop’s customers.
The assortment of breads includes high fibre, healthy loaves and other kinds of bread from around the world: Sweden, Finland, Russia, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany… . All baked with natural ingredients in the traditional fashion. You can also find the very finest crisp-breads from Sweden and Holland at Amanda’s.
